Terms & Conditions

• Counselling sessions are strictly by confirmed appointment. 

•  An appointment is confirmed only when:

1. the completed registration form/request  is submitted, and
2. full payment is made within 24 hours upon booking. 

•  You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirming your appointment. Please call or email us if you do not receive confirmation from us. Paying in advance guarantees your session. As the booking is reserved for you, cancellation charges will apply in accordance with our cancellation/refund policy below.

• Session start time will be computed based on the booked appointment slot.  Punctuality is encouraged as you will be charged based on appointment time and NOT arrival time. Clients who are late may have their session shortened.

• Our fee rates are reflected under “Our Fees”. Counselling sessions for individuals are for  60 minutes  and 75 minutes for counselling sessions for couples. Additional charges will apply per 15 minute block or part thereof, beyond the main block, based on the rates reflected under “Our Fees”. Extension of time for each counselling session is at our discretion.

• We accept payment via PayNow or bank transfer. Do send us an email or WhatsApp attaching a screen shot of the PayNow or bank transfer confirmation so that we can look out for the payment and confirm that we have received it.

(a) Cancellations

• A $60 administrative charge applies to all refund request.

(b) Rescheduling

• Any rescheduling of counselling sessions can be made through WhatsApp or in writing (via email) no later than 24 hours before the time of the scheduled appointment. 

• Fifty percent (50%) of the counselling fee will be charged for rescheduling of counselling sessions made within 24 hours to three hours to the time of your appointment.

• If the rescheduling is made within 3 hours to the time of the appointment, it will be treated as a no-show.

• In the case of no-shows or rescheduling made within 3 hours to the time of the appointment, 100% of the counselling fee will be charged.

[Special Note: Only for 1/2-day & 2-day Marriage Intensive]

• Fifty percent (50%) of the counselling fee will be charged for rescheduling of marriage intensive sessions made within 7 days (168 hours) to 3 days (72 hours) to the time of your appointment.

• If the rescheduling is made within 3 days (72 hours) to the time of the appointment, it will be treated as a no-show.  In this instance, 100% of the counselling fee will be charged.

(c) No-show

• In the case of no-shows 100% of the counselling fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. A copy of the latest version of our terms and conditions (as amended, if appropriate) will always be available on our website. We shall notify you of such changes by email if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.
