Terms & Conditions

• Counselling sessions are strictly by confirmed appointment. 

•  An appointment is confirmed only when:

1. the completed registration form/request  is submitted, and
2. full payment is made within 24 hours upon booking. 

•  You will receive an email and WhatsApp confirming your appointment. Please call or email us if you do not receive confirmation from us. Paying in advance guarantees your session. As the booking is reserved for you, cancellation charges will apply in accordance with our cancellation/refund policy below.

• Session start time will be computed based on the booked appointment slot.  Punctuality is encouraged as you will be charged based on appointment time and NOT arrival time. Clients who are late may have their session shortened.

• Our fee rates are reflected under “Our Fees”. Counselling sessions for individuals are for  60 minutes  and 75 minutes for counselling sessions for couples. Additional charges will apply per 15 minute block or part thereof, beyond the main block, based on the rates reflected under “Our Fees”. Extension of time for each counselling session is at our discretion.

• We accept payment via PayNow or bank transfer. Do send us an email or WhatsApp attaching a screen shot of the PayNow or bank transfer confirmation so that we can look out for the payment and confirm that we have received it.

(a) Cancellation and Refunds

• All counselling sessions are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made.
   
• Paid sessions must be utilised within three (3) months from the date of payment. Any unused sessions after this validity period will be forfeited.
   

(b) Rescheduling – Individual & Couple Counselling Sessions

• Rescheduling must be made via WhatsApp or email.
   
• More than 48 hours' notice: Rescheduling is allowed with no additional charges.
   
• Within 48 to 24 hours: A 50% fee will be charged unless a valid reason (e.g., medical emergency) is provided.
   
• Within 24 hours: A 100% fee will be charged unless a valid reason is provided.
   
• Valid reasons for waiving charges are subject to approval and may require supporting documentation.
   

(c) Rescheduling – Marriage Intensive Programmes
(i) 2-Day Programme

• Within 14 days (336 hours): 50% fee applies
   
• Within 7 to 3 days (168 to 72 hours): 100% fee applies
   

(ii) Half-Day Programme

• Within 7 days (168 hours): 50% fee applies
   
• Within 3 days (72 hours): 100% fee applies
   

(d) No-show Policy

• If a client fails to attend a scheduled session and does not arrive within 30 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a no-show. The session will be forfeited, and a 100% fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions from time to time at our sole discretion. A copy of the latest version of our terms and conditions (as amended, if appropriate) will always be available on our website. We shall notify you of such changes by email if they materially affect your rights as a consumer.
