In Alicia's extensive background as an educator, she discovered the profound impact that a strong partnership between couples has on a child's formative years.  Recognizing the significance of supportive networks for individual well-being, she transitioned into the field of counselling with a mission to empower individuals and couples, fostering robust relationships and enriching their lives.

Armed with a Master of Counselling, Alicia has augmented her expertise through specialized training in schema therapy and certification as a facilitator for Prepare-Enrich, a comprehensive assessment and counselling tool tailored for couples. As a provisional clinical member of the Singapore Association for Counselling, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to her counselling practice.

With a unique blend of teaching experience and counselling proficiency, Alicia perceives the untapped potential within each individual, firmly believing in their capacity to overcome obstacles and achieve personal goals. She is committed to partnering with her clients throughout their journey, providing unwavering support during challenges and imparting essential skills to navigate life's complexities.

Alicia adopts a collaborative and personalized approach in assisting others, tailoring her methods to align with each client's readiness and unique needs during sessions. Her goal is to guide individuals and couples towards realizing their aspirations and building resilient relationships.

Outside of her professional endeavours, Alicia finds solace in reading and indulges in rejuvenating nature walks. Fluent in both English and Chinese, she is equipped to connect with a diverse clientele, offering a warm and inclusive counselling environment.
